I have a b18b engine and have the chance to grab a JRSC for cheap. It comes with what is pictured, and NOTHING else. I am wondering if it's worth the headache to buy and piece it together, but more importantly, I need to know WHAT is needed and if anyone can sell me these required parts.

Here are the pics. Any help would be much appreciated!

You're missing the alternator pulley at least. They are only $40 shipped right from Jackson, or you can upgrade to the Endyn stepper pully for an extra 2.5-3psi. You can download a parts list and install instructions from the JR web site.

That big round clamp holds a rising rate fuel regulator that you don't, have but may not need depending on what your plans are for fuel management. If you need one, I have a brand new one I did not use on my set-up. You can download parts lists and install instructions from the JR website. I know you are missing some hoses and hardware that are readily available and inexpesive to replace.

I am not using the FMU setup for fuel management. I've decided to employ the next best thing, which is a AFC+Injector hack. Seems sooo much better than the FMU.

How much do you think it would cost to finally finish it?

"I've looked at the JR website, can't seem to find it. Any clue where it is? Also, i'm not very informed on what parts are missing just from reading off a list...any other suggestions?

So far, this is what i've been told from Honda-tech.

I don't see the belt tensioner for the alternator belt. You're missing over half of the hoses, the pressure switch for the IAT relay, the belts, the FMU, brass fittings, vaccum lines, etc."

"Looks like you are missing the alternater bracket,Guess it will run you a $150 or so. The rest is just Misc hoses.
    Good deal!"

See other thread "Out of the Avenging Business"

lol that looks pretty tough - I would be interested in a few interior pieces off the dash however if you can still salvage em. Post your email so we can talk.

Can you offer any info as to what more I need to make this "dinky" blower work

WeaponR - my email address is in my profile - I'm a bit wary of 'bots.

I expect the car to be arriving tomorrow. Lots of good parts in near-new condition. Let me know what you would like.

If you go beyond the stock 6 PSI you will need bigger injectors, a fuel pressure regulator and a better FMU than what comes with the JR kit. For maximum safety you would do well to get something like a J&S Safeguard. I have all these items !

    look at "components" and "installations"

Also have you looked at Zipp's SMC for fuel management? http://userwww.sfsu.edu/~ecg/smc.htm and

Already beat you to it. I've got zip's smc.

Actually, Sonny from Honda-Tech directed me here.

I meant smc+440cc as the hack before, which is a better fuel management system than a fmu.

    Anything else that I need?

I don't see the INLET Gooseneck in the photo... which is what the Throttle Body would bolt to.
